For users who do not have the security environment (because the certificates have expired or been revoked o non sono stati ancora generati) il file contenente i dati della comunicazione sarà reso disponibile automaticamente entro il giorno successivo alla generazione del nuovo ambiente di sicurezza.


In merito ai compensi si specifica che:

1. Per quanto riguarda il compenso relativo alla trasmissione delle dichiarazioni :
   
   
1. per ciascuna dichiarazione elaborata e trasmessa nel 2010 tramite il servizio telematico Entratel, il compenso , previsto dall'art. 3, comma 3-ter del DPR n. 322/98, è stato rideterminato nella misura di euro 1,03 tenendo conto della variazione rilevata dall'ISTAT dell'indice consumer price index for families of workers and employees between the period September 2007-August 2008 and September 2009-August 2010 (Order of the Director of the Revenue February 2, 2011).
   
   
2. Communications have also reported the declaration data processed and transmitted in 2009 and in previous years have not been already charged. In this regard, it is noted that for each statement prepared and sent from 01/12/2007 to 31/12/2009 Entratel through the service, also confirmed the payment of € 1.00.


The remuneration is not up for:

• declarations made after the first regularly received (double invio);
• dichiarazioni correttive, rettificative (anche se costituiscono l'unica dichiarazione trasmessa), annullate o integrative;
• comunicazioni annuali IVA;
• comunicazioni per la scelta dell'8 e del 5 per mille dell'Irpef;
• dichiarazioni mod. 730 trasmesse da intermediari che hanno prestato l'assistenza e non sono legittimati al rilascio del visto di conformità;
• per le dichiarazioni mod. 730 per i quali l'assistenza è stata prestata dal sostituto;
• per la trasmissione della propria dichiarazione.



2. Per il compenso relativo alla trasmissione delle deleghe di versamento F24 :
   
   
   1. Al riguardo si fa presente che per ciascuna delega trasmessa dal 01/12/2007 al 31/12/2009 tramite il servizio telematico Entratel, resta confermato il compenso di euro 1,00.

Attenzione : Per una corretta predisposizione della fattura è indispensabile installare la nuova versione 1.3.5 del pacchetto "Compenso agli Intermediari" disponibile nella sezione "Software" di questo sito.
In caso contrario il file inviato sarà scartato con la seguente motivazione: Pacchetto "Compensi Intermediari" non aggiornato .
Il pacchetto "Compenso intermediaries "within the Entratel you install version 4.8.1 or later.
