Variato the statutory interest rate on an annual basis, with effect from January 1, 2011, for the work of repentance in art. 13a of the D. Legislative Decree 472/97.
until 31/12/2010: 1% interest from
01/01/2011: interest 1, 5%
New penalties for repentance:
- if the regularization shall be made within 30 days. the deadline for Law)
until 31/01/2011: reduced to 1 / 12 of an annual penalty of 30%, therefore, equal to 2.5% from
01/02/2011: reduced to 1 / 10 of annual fine 30%, therefore, equal to 3%
- if the adjustment is made later than 30 days. the period prescribed by law and within the year:
until 31/01/2011: reduced to 1 / 10 of annual sation of 30%, therefore, equal to 3% by
01/02/2011 : reduced to 1 / 8 of the annual penalty of 30%, therefore, equal to 3.75%
