The site has fulfilled Gratis.it regulations that previously prevailed only in the print media and recently adapted for online publishing.
Since March 1, 2009 it is planned for sites and portals such compulsory registration in the register of the ROC (register of communications operators).
The application was granted and Gratis.it is now a news organization registered at the Milan Court (No. 191, 24/04/2009).
